Biscuits and Gravy Recipe

▶️Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

3/4 cup milk

1/2 lb breakfast sausage

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

Salt and pepper to taste

▶️Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in butter until crumbly, then stir in milk just until combined.

Roll dough, cut biscuits, and bake 12–15 min.

Cook sausage in skillet; do not drain.

Stir in flour, cook 1 min, then slowly add milk.

Stir until thickened; season well.

Serve hot sausage gravy over warm biscuits.
