Midnight Peanut Butter Fudge Eruption Cake 🍰🫰❤️
Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, microwave the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cake batter. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
