Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients
For the steak:
- 500g (1 lb) steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the pasta:
- 300g (10 oz) rigatoni pasta
- Salt (for boiling water)
For the cheesy Parmesan sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
- Boil rigatoni in salted water according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the steak tips
- Season steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and sear until browned (about 3–4 minutes).
- Add butter and garlic, cook for another minute.
- Remove and set aside.
3. Make the sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Combine
- Add cooked rigatoni into the sauce and mix well.
- Serve pasta on a plate and top with steak tips.

Sprinkle extra Parmesan and a little black pepper on top for that perfect finish 😍
