Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Rounds

These crispy air fryer potato slices are so easy and so good, you’ll want to make them every day!

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Rounds

Ingredients:

2–3 medium Yukon gold or russet potatoes (sliced ¼-inch thick)

1½ tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes

Wash and slice potatoes into uniform ¼-inch thick rounds.

Pat slices dry with paper towels for maximum crispiness.

  1. Season

In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix well to coat.

  1. Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 2–3 minutes.

Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).

Cook for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.

  1. Finish

Immediately sprinkle remaining Parmesan
