Air Fryer Buttered Baked Potatoes: What You Need ❤️🔥🍴
four medium-sized russet or baking potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
½ tsp black pepper
Four small cubes of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped chives or parsley
Toppings that are not required:
Sour cream
Cheese that has been shredded Bits
How to Make Them
- Clean the potatoes
To get rid of dirt, scrub the potatoes well under running water. Use a towel to dry them.
- Put some seasoning on the skins
Put olive oil on each potato and salt and black pepper all over the skin. This helps the skin get crispy in the air fryer.
- Put the potatoes in the air fryer.
Put the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 200°C (400°F), turning them halfway through so they cook evenly.
- Cut the potatoes open
Take them out when they’re soft inside and carefully cut a slit down the middle of each potato.
- Put in some butter
Put a cube of butter right in the middle so it melts into the fluffy potato.
- Finish and serve
Add chopped chives or parsley to the top and serve hot.
Tip
Sprinkle some coarse salt on the outside before air frying to get extra crispy skin. It makes the potato feel like it came from a restaurant.
