Savory Garlic Ginger Beef with Tender Bok Choy in a Quick Soy Glaze 🥗

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
4 cups bok choy, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a bowl, toss sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add beef and sear quickly until browned, about 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
Add bok choy and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
Return beef to the pan and toss everything together.
Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
