  • Flour: 300 g (2 1/2 cups)
  • Seed Oil (or any mild-flavored oil): 80 ml (1/3 cup)
  • Baking Powder: 10 g (2 teaspoons)
  • Ground Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Zest of 1 Lemon

Directions:

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Grease and flour a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
