Ingredients:
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping (plus extra for topping)
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Chocolate shavings or chips for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust.
Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cream cheese layer.
In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, and cold milk until thickened.
Carefully spread the pudding mixture over the pecan layer.
Top with an even layer of whipped topping.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chips.
Slice and serve chilled.
