5 CHEESE MAC & CHEESE BAKE

📋 Ingredients:

1 lb elbow macaroni

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 cup shredded gouda

1 cup grated parmesan

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup milk

¼ cup butter

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ Boil the Pasta:

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Sauce Base:

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese and milk, whisking until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

4️⃣ Season It:

Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked macaroni and coat it thoroughly.
