BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE

📋 Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups cooked rice

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cooked rice, and broccoli florets.

3️⃣ In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

4️⃣ Pour the mixture over the chicken and rice, stirring until everything is coated.

5️⃣ Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

6️⃣ Transfer to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

7️⃣ Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.

8️⃣ Bake 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden.
