Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any unsweetened milk)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit – to taste)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
- A small pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the almond milk, ice, cocoa powder, vanilla, sweetener, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy like a thick milkshake.
- If you want it thicker, add a little more ice and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- Optional: top with a little whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
Tip: For an extra thick Frosty texture, freeze the almond milk in ice cube trays and blend instead of using regular ice. 😋
