Chocolate Frosty (0g Sugar)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any unsweetened milk)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit – to taste)
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • A small pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk, ice, cocoa powder, vanilla, sweetener, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy like a thick milkshake.
  3. If you want it thicker, add a little more ice and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. Optional: top with a little whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Tip: For an extra thick Frosty texture, freeze the almond milk in ice cube trays and blend instead of using regular ice. 😋
