2 slices of sandwich bread
1–2 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite kind)
1–2 tsp of butter or mayonnaise (for spreading)
🛒 Instructions :
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread butter or mayo on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice (buttered side down) in the air fryer basket.
Add your cheese slice(s) on top.
Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Air Fry
Cook for 4–5 minutes on one side.
Flip the sandwich carefully using tongs or a spatula.
Cook for another 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
Let it cool for a minute or two before slicing.
Enjoy with tomato soup, ketchup, or a dipping sauce!

Add extras like ham, tomato, or bacon for a twist.
If using thick bread, lower the temp slightly (to 360°F) to ensure the cheese melts before the bread over-browns.
