- 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 small egg, beaten

- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and flour. Mix well until fully combined.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until the mixture comes together.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 10 minutes.
- Form the mixture into 6 patties and place them on a baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes while the air fryer preheats.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in batches, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook undisturbed for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining patties.
