๐ Purple Cabbage & Blueberry Wellness Drink
๐งพ Ingredients
- ยฝ medium red cabbage, chopped
- 1ยฝ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- ยฝ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 3โ4 additional cups cold water
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Wash the cabbage and blueberries thoroughly.
- Place the cabbage, blueberries, hibiscus flowers, ginger (if using), and 2 cups of water in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15โ20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey until dissolved.
- Add the remaining cold water and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
๐ง Storage
- Store in clean glass bottles or jars.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 4โ5 days.
- Shake well before serving.

Serve cold over ice with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired.
