A fresh, light, and flavorful seafood salad that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a healthy snack.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat (or cooked shrimp), chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, very finely diced
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried dill)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  1. Chop the imitation crab meat or cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood, celery, and red onion.
  3. Add the light mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and dill.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor (optional).
