🦀 Easy Light Seafood Salad
A fresh, light, and flavorful seafood salad that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a healthy snack.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1 lb imitation crab meat (or cooked shrimp), chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp red onion, very finely diced
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried dill)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Chop the imitation crab meat or cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood, celery, and red onion.
- Add the light mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and dill.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor (optional).
