Air Fryer Poached Eggs

๐Ÿฅš Air Fryer Poached Eggs (Eggs in Ramekins)

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 small ramekins (heat-safe cups)
  • 1โ€“2 tablespoons water per ramekin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 3โ€“5 minutes.
  2. Lightly grease the ramekins with a little oil or cooking spray.
  3. Add 1โ€“2 tablespoons of water into each ramekin.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin.
  5. Carefully place the ramekins inside the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 5โ€“8 minutes depending on how runny you like the yolk:
    • 5โ€“6 minutes โ†’ soft/runny yolk
    • 7โ€“8 minutes โ†’ firmer yolk
  7. Remove carefully (they will be hot).
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
