Ingredients:
800 g milk
200 g condensed milk
4 eggs (about 200 g)
5 g vanilla extract
2 g nutmeg powder
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the custard mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle nutmeg powder evenly on top.
- Place the baking dish in a larger tray filled with hot water to create a water bath.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the custard is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into squares.
- Serve warm or chilled for a soft and creamy dessert.
