A quick and delicious dish that’s full of flavor and perfect for a hearty meal!

•Ingredients :

  • 500 g beef liver (sliced thinly)
  • 2 large onions (sliced into rings)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (or butter)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • Instructions :
    Rinse liver slices and pat dry with paper towels.
    In a pan, heat olive oil (or butter) over medium heat.
    Add onion rings and sauté until soft and lightly golden, then set aside.
    In the same pan, add garlic, liver slices, and spices. Cook for 4–5 minutes, turning once, until browned but still tender.
    Return the onions to the pan, mix gently, and cook for 1–2 minutes more.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with bread, rice, or potatoes.
