📋 Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb steak tips, cut into large bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Pasta:
12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz melting cheese (such as processed cheddar), cubed
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak: Pat steak cubes dry to ensure a good sear.
2️⃣ In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Lower heat slightly. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Return steak bites to the skillet and toss well to coat in the sticky honey garlic glaze. Turn off the heat and keep warm.
5️⃣ Prepare the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6️⃣ In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and heat gently. Add melting cheese cubes and stir until smooth.
7️⃣ Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, whisking until the sauce becomes creamy and glossy. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
8️⃣ Toss the cooked pasta in the cheese sauce until evenly coated.
9️⃣ Serve: Plate the creamy pasta with honey garlic steak bites on the side or spooned on top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
