  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (plus extra lemon slices for serving)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven & Foil:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange the Ingredients:
Place the salmon fillet on one side of the foil and lay the trimmed asparagus spears side-by-side next to it.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, half of the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Season & Drizzle:
Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over both the salmon fillet and the asparagus, making sure everything is well coated. Top with fresh lemon slices.
  5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
  6. Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with the remaining fresh parsley and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges!
