📋 Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Penne Pasta:
8 oz penne pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1️⃣. Cook the Pasta:
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣. Season & Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
3️⃣. Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce:
While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in another skillet over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣. Add the Cheese:
Stir in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
5️⃣. Combine Pasta & Chicken:
Add the cooked penne pasta to the cheese sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Gently fold in the cooked chicken bites, stirring to combine everything together.
6️⃣. Garnish & Serve:
Transfer to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
