Ingredients:
500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
4 cups bok choy, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
Salt to taste
Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
Return the beef to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Stir everything together and let simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and bok choy.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
