Savory Garlic Ginger Chicken & Caramelized Cabbage Skillet Delight

▶️Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish

▶️Directions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the shredded cabbage and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
Return the chicken to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Stir thoroughly to coat everything evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and sauce to slightly thicken.
Season with salt and pepper if needed, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot, straight from the pan for that rustic, homemade feel.
