Instructions

1. Prep the Strawberries

In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes until juicy.

2. Make the Cream Layer

Whisk vanilla pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

3. Assemble the Cups

In serving cups or jars, layer:

  • Strawberry mixture
  • Cream layer

Repeat layers until cups are full.

4. Finish

Top with remaining whipped topping, extra strawberries, and crushed cookies if desired.

5. Chill
