📋 Ingredients:

🥩 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, thinly sliced

🍤 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

🧂 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

🧈 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

🫙 2 tablespoons olive oil

🌶️ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

🍋 Juice of 1 lemon

🧅 1/2 cup diced red onion

🥒 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

🌿 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

🍚 Cooked white or brown rice (optional, for serving)

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Marinate the steak and shrimp:

Combine the sliced steak and shrimp in a large bowl. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. 🧄🌶️

2️⃣ Cook the steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside. 🥩🔥
