🥗 Zero Point Cucumber Bang Salad

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 large cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, adds flavor)
  • 1 tsp honey or zero-calorie sweetener
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions (chopped)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep cucumbers:
    Slice cucumbers thinly. For extra texture, lightly smash them before slicing.
  2. Make dressing:
    In a bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes, sesame oil, and honey/sweetener.
  3. Combine:
    Add cucumbers to the bowl and toss well to coat.
  4. Marinate:
    Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so flavors soak in.
  5. Garnish & serve:
    Top with cilantro or green onions and serve chilled.
