Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
