Silky Garlic-Parmesan Chicken Pasta with Buttery Herb Infusion

Ingredients:

250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, letting the sauce simmer until thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet and mix well.
Add spinach (if using) and cook until wilted.
Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
