🌮🧀 Creamy Chicken Taco Roll-Ups
Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside — these easy chicken taco roll-ups are packed with shredded chicken, corn, salsa, and plenty of melty cheese. Perfect for dinner, game day, or an easy snack everyone will grab fast! 😍
Ingredients:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Extra sour cream and salsa for serving
Directions:
Mix the shredded chicken, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and shredded cheese in a large bowl until creamy and well combined.
Spoon the filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F for about 18–22 minutes, until the tortillas are golden and crispy and the filling is hot and melty.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve warm with sour cream and salsa for dipping. 🌮🔥
